If you're talking about the way he holds his silverware, that's the proper way to hold your fork and knife, regardless of which of your hands is prominent. Knife in the right, fork in the left.

Yea, he visited his fan's house (randomly chosen) but she wasn't there. He does that once a year for PB (I think) and visit his fan living in the prefecture that he goes for PB...
